Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on boleh888. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. boleh888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in account access being restricted.
- Your account password is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
- Use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to create a strong password.
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Boleh888 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone call.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree to use the boleh888 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from boleh888.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
- Engaging in financial fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity using a boleh888 account.
- Sharing, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Distributing harmful, offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any feature of the platform.
- Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — please report any discovered issues to the support team.
Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and boleh888 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the boleh888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are from legitimate sources and not derived from any unlawful activity.
Boleh888 supports a range of local payment methods including bank transfers, FPX, and recognised e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated in the user's account settings.
- Deposits are typically processed within a short timeframe upon confirmation by the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests will be reviewed before processing — processing times vary depending on the method selected.
- Boleh888 reserves the right to decline or suspend transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
- Any refund requests or transaction disputes must be reported to our support team within 14 days of the transaction date.
- Users are responsible for any taxes or levies applicable to their winnings under relevant Malaysian law.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Boleh888 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, boleh888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, data, or business opportunities.
Account suspension and closure policy:
- An account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation of suspicious activity.
- Permanent account closure may occur due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request.
- Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be refunded upon completion of the review process.
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure in accordance with current policy.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the boleh888 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of boleh888 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
The boleh888 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites such as payment providers or game providers. boleh888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. boleh888's failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
